There was crab meat with cheese but no crab legs when i was there.
Although they're not labeled, yes, there are gluten-free options. It is a huge buffet.

It is 8.99 until 330p then it is 12.99. The lunches on the weekends are 9.50$ dinner is the same because they no-longer have crab legs.
